Este DVD recoge el concierto que Morrissey dio en su ciudad natal, Manchester, el 22 de mayo de 2004, coincidiendo con su cumpleaños. Incluye canciones de su último álbum de estudio, “You Are The Quarry”, como "Irish Blood, English Heart", "First Of The Gang To Die" y "Let Me Kiss You", además de clásicos en la carrera de Mozz como "Every Day Is Like Sunday" y "Hairdresser On Fire" y temas de The Smiths.

La filmación del concierto ha sido dirigida por Bucky Fukumoto, de A/V Club, quien también fue el realizador de tres de los vídeoclips de “You Are The Quarry”, todos ellos incluidos en este DVD junto a algunos extras: cinco temas grabados en el Move Festival, de Manchester, en 2004 (“First Of The Gang To Die”, “I Have Forgiven Jesús”, “Every Day Is Like Sunday”, “There Is A Light That Never Goes Out”, “Irish Blood, English Heart”).
